The results of the qualitative study of communities vulnerable to hate crimes conducted by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania have shown that one of the reasons why victims of hate speech or hate crime do not turn to law enforcement is the lack of knowledge of how to turn to law enforcement and/or where and how to turn.
For this reason, an information resource has been developed for people who have been or may be victims of hate speech or hate crime, providing basic information on where and how to report hate incidents and what rights victims have.
