Important information

Following the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19),starting from 13 March 2020 until a separate notice, citizens will be served at the Seimas Ombudsmen’s Office only remotely.

 
This means that persons coming to the Seimas Ombudsmen’s Office will not be served, and to lodge complaints or apply for additional information will be possible:
– by post to Gedimino pr. 56, 01110 Vilnius,
– by electronic means (e-mail [email protected], via e-delivery system),
– by telephone; toll-free telephone number of the Seimas Ombudsmen’s Office is 8 800 22100.
